Currently Milestone’s Director of Business Development, Donna has consulted in a wide array of business practices for different areas including customer service, sales, team building, and leadership in management training.

Her experience is rounded out with 19 years spent in Emmis Communications’ sales department where she worked her way up to become the Director of Sales for the Indianapolis radio division.

She also spent two years as a graphic artist and media director in the advertising industry.

A graduate of Indiana University, Donna holds a Bachelors degree in Telecommunications with a minor in Marketing and Speech.

Donna enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, volunteering in the not-for-profit sector, reading and rollerblading.
