Doug is a visionary leader who understands how to leverage technologies and services to solve today’s business problems, grow revenue, and improve the bottom-line. Doug creates strategies that lead organizations to new levels of performance. He brings processes and tools that help companies analyze product development and technology initiatives to provide the best return on investment and manage project risks for future successes. Doug’s prior work experience includes serving as the Executive Officer and Vice President of Products and Services for Ontario Systems LLC; Vice President, Enterprise Applications at Chemtura; Vice President Information Technology at Great Lakes; Director Information Technology at Roche; Manager Systems Development at Simon Properties; and Program Manager at TRW Electronic and Defense Sector. While serving at Ontario Systems, he restructured Professional Services and improved the profit margin by 40%. Doug introduced 5 new products to market in 24 months, and established new technology architecture for future product development.

Doug has also served on the Board of Directors for Dewpoint, Inc., Advisory Board of Purdue CERIAS (Center for Education and Research in Information Assurance and Security), and President, Board of Trustees, Lafayette Christian School. Doug has been a guest speaker for SaaS, SAP, Purdue, CIO Magazine and several other technology companies. Doug graduated from Taylor University with a degree in business systems. He is a member of Truth@Work and OneTorch.
