Jeff Good is a Certified Public Accountant and Chief Financial Officer whose professional career reflects 30 years of successful business management and executive leadership experience. In addition to a solid foundation in finance and accounting, his hands on expertise includes development and implementation of organizational growth strategies, capital formation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and employee compensation and benefits.
As an auditor for ten years with Ernst & Young LLP, Jeff served clients in manufacturing, real estate, banking, diversified financial services, insurance and nonprofit industries. Later, with USA Group, Inc. he functioned in various roles, including VP of Finance for the company’s start-up ventures, SVP of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis, and ultimately, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Since leaving USA Group after its sale to Sallie Mae in 2000, Jeff has provided contract CFO and other advisory and support services to a number of early stage companies.
Jeff graduated from the University of Notre Dame with High Honors in 1984 and is a member of the AICPA and Indiana CPA Society. He also chairs the Finance Committee of the Indianapolis Civic Theatre and is active in Scouting.
Jeff lives in Indianapolis with his wife, Judy, and their three boys.
