Peggy has a passion for improving a company’s productivity through optimizing business processes and excels in implementing cost-effective technology solutions tailored to the customer’s business requirements.
Peggy’s professional experience includes serving as Director of Quality for Ontario Systems, LLC where she implemented a new software development methodology that resulted in the company’s first-ever on-time/on-budget product releases. She has also played key roles as Director of Marketing and Sales Systems for Great Lakes Chemical and as Manager, Roche Diagnostics where she served in multiple positions supporting health care systems. Her experience also includes an internet startup where she led an ISO 9000 implementation in the distribution facility resulting in significant increases in operating efficiency.
Peggy holds her MBA from Southern Methodist University and graduated from Purdue University with a BS in Mathematics.
Peggy lives in Indianapolis. She is an avid volunteer for Friends of Ferdinand (friendsofferninand.org), a racehorse rescue charitable organization. Peggy is the owner of a six-year-old retired race horse.
